{Mr. Hurbanek} Born in Two weeks before graduation, George was hired by Dayton Public Schools to fill an empty Math / Science teaching position. He taught in Dayton Public Schools for 2 1/2 years, before being hired by Jefferson Township Schools to start the After three successful years of teaching Career-Based Intervention (CBI) at Mound Street Military Careers Academy and earning his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Dayton in 2003, George was offered the principal position in the same academy. Currently, George is on his seventh year as one of the principals at Mound Street Academies.
